UltraVision Medical needed an imaging and reporting workflow that worked for the field team, not just the back office. We rebuilt the patient and clinician flows end-to-end and made the compliance trail auditable.
Challenge
The legacy intake-to-reporting pipeline was a stack of disconnected tools. Clinicians lost time switching contexts; reports were assembled by hand; data lived in places that did not survive PDPL audits. The team had attempted two prior rebuilds and shelved both.
Approach
A two-week diagnostic with the clinical team mapped every step from referral to final report. Nothing was redesigned until the gaps were quantified.
We rebuilt the imaging intake, clinician review, and structured reporting flow as one connected workflow. Each stage produced an audit record by default.
