Arabic-first product design is not just translation

A bilingual product that treats Arabic as a late translation layer will feel broken even when every string is translated. Direction, spacing, numerals, form order, and content density all change the user experience.

The practical approach is to design key flows in Arabic first, then mirror and adapt for English. This exposes layout pressure early and prevents fragile CSS overrides later.

For regional products, bilingual design is not a nice-to-have. It is part of product-market fit.
